Remote IT Support

A CDA Tech Specialist will connect and setup or fix your device remotely. We'll call you to guide you through the process and ensure you know what to do.

Available for: computers and laptops, phones, tablets, and other devices and smart technology.

Urgent requests

If you are an existing customer (who has previously requested IT support), please email [email protected] or call (08) 6371 5065 for any urgent support requests. In your email, include as much information as possible (including screenshots) to help us resolve your request quicker.

On-Site IT Support

A CDA Tech Specialist will visit you to setup or diagnose and resolve your technical and device issues.

Available for: computers and laptops, phones, tablets, and other devices and smart technology.
Note that a call-out fee may apply. On-site service areas as per the list at the bottom of this website.

COVID Safety Restrictions

Note that restrictions imposed by the state or federal government may affect the availability of this service. We may also request you wear a mask and may request additional information from you in order to keep records for contact tracing purposes (similar to the Safe WA app). Information collected for this purpose will not be used for marketing and may be sent to Health Officials if required.

Note that technical support service fees may apply if you do not have a technical support service package with your website service (this is a separate charge). Service fees may also apply in addition, if the request is extensive or complex and exceeds the scope of your website service and support agreement/contract.
