This email disclaimer applies to all email-related communications sent from us (and all of our contractors, subcontractors, and agents) to our clients/customers, stakeholders, and any other persons or entities:

General Information

Each email we send is intended for the named recipient(s) only in the TO, CC or BCC field(s). The information contained in the email may be confidential, commercially sensitive and legally privileged. If you are not the intended recipient you are hereby notified that any reproduction or distribution any part of this email, disclosure of its contents to any other party, or take any action in reliance on it is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

The entire content of each email message may be confidential. This also applies to any files attached to it. Confidential emails will be labelled with ‘confidential’ or similar terms and should be treated as confidential and private. Our emails are intended for an individual or entity to whom they are addressed. In case you are not the addressee of an email, and you have received it in error, you must immediately contact the system manager and contact us by return email. The information in our emails may be sensitive, and it is intended for the specific addressee. Our emails should not be disseminated, distributed or copied. If you have received an email and it was not for you, make sure to immediately notify the sender by return email and afterward delete the email(s) from your system. Disclosing, copying, distributing, or taking any action in reliance to the email content is strictly prohibited. Consider yourself notified.

Limitation of liability

Views and opinions presented in the content of our emails are solely those of the email author. They don’t necessarily represent those of the organisation. Our staff are explicitly required not to infringe or authorise any infringement of copyright or any other legal right by email communication (or any other communication channel), as well not to make defamatory statements. Please be informed that we will not accept any liability in respect to our email communications. We cannot be held responsible for the content of our emails, nor can we be responsible for the consequences of any action(s) taken based on the information we have provided in our email(s). We accept no liability for any loss, damage or consequence, whether caused by our own negligence or not, resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any attached files, information or content contained, linked to, sent with or included in any emails sent by us.

Risk of virus and other hazardous data transmission

Our emails may contain computer viruses, malware, or other hazardous items that may infect your computer(s) or other device(s). Although we will make every effort to ensure that there are none, although this cannot be guaranteed at all times. The recipient(s) of our email(s) should scan our emails and all of its attachments (if applicable). Always be careful of the links you open or visit, the files you download, and the information you provide. We will accept no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted via email. Emails can be intercepted, lost, destroyed, corrupted, contain viruses, or arrive late or incomplete. Email correspondence cannot be guaranteed to be secured or error-free. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of our emails, which may arise as a result of any email transmissions.

Prohibition on entering into contracts or agreements

Please be informed that no staff member, contractor, subcontractor, or agent operating on behalf of us is authorised to conclude or enter into any legally binding agreement on behalf of “Complete Digital Advantage” with any 3rd party via email, without confirmation explicitly written by the business owner for that specific occasion. Any agreements in breach of this notice will be considered invalid. You can confirm if a staff member or other person has authorisation by writing to [email protected] or by giving us a call.

Email tracking, logging, and analytics

We may track emails we send in order to provide better services for you and others. Note that any emails that are tracked are only able to track when an email was opened, viewed, or interacted with. We cannot access other information on your device(s) or email client(s). We may log email communications for future records, reference, and quality and training purposes. Information and analytics we collect is done so and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Survival

Any clause, term, sentence, or section which is prohibited by law or invalid, shall be removed from this document and then read in full as if this document was written without the invalid or prohibited part.

Printing our emails

Please do not print our emails unless it is absolutely necessary. Every time you don’t print an email, you are helping the environment. In addition, refer to our confidentiality section in this disclaimer before printing confidential or any other emails.
