Payment and Service Availability

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash, and Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer). All payment methods except cash accepted online, and all payment methods available in-person.


We use Square as our payment processor, so if Square supports it, we can accept it. Square is regularly adding new payment methods, so if you are unsure, let’s give it a go – we are here to help.

We are based in Regional Western Australia, providing services for the Perth Metropolitan and regional areas listed at the bottom of our website.

We operate virtually and online so we do not have a physical fixed office at this time. We can however, send a specialist out to you or you can meet with one of our specialists in one of our meeting rooms (in Osborne Park, Western Australia).

Our on-site Tech Support option is available in the following areas of Western Australia only: Perth Metropolitan and Outskirts, Wheatbelt / Avon Valley areas including Bakers Hill, Burlong, Clackline, Grass Valley, Inkpen, Northam, Malabaine, Mokine, Muluckine, Mundaring, Spencers Brook, Woottating, Wundowie.

Note that on-site tech support will include a call-out fee based on distance traveled to your location.
